Tim Cook meets PM Modi, says Apple ready to invest in India

Apple CEO Tim Cook on Wednesday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said the US tech company is ready to invest and partner in India’s growth story.
After meeting PM Modi, Cook tweeted, “Thank you Prime Minister @narendramodi for the warm welcome.
We share your vision of the positive impact technology can make on India’s future — from education and developers to manufacturing and the environment, we’re committed to growing and investing across the country.”
It is worth mentioning here that Cook was in India for the opening of the first Apple store in India in Mumbai.
