Punjab SSSB Clerk Legal exam to be held on 8 July

Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (SSSB) will conduct Clerk Legal examination on 8 July 2023 at examination centres across state.
informing about this, a Board official said Punjab SSSB Clerk Legal examination, for which recruitment advertisement was issued in February 2022, is being organised on 8 July.
The official advised the candidates to visit the Board’s website https://sssb.punjab.gov.in/ from time to time to get updated with updates on Clerk Legal examination.
The PSSB Clerk Legal exam will be held in MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) format and OMR sheets will be given to candidates for answering the questions.
PSSSB has made the provision of negative marking for the exam where each question will be of 1 mark but if a candidate gives wrong answer, 0.25 marks would be deducted from the total.
However, there would be no negative marking if a candidate do not attempt to answer a question.
The PSSSB exam to recruit Clerks in Legal department would be of 2 hours duration.
Out of the total 120 marks asked in the exam, 90 questions will be subject related while 30 questions will be of general knowledge.

It is worth mentioning here that PSSSB has invited online applications for recruitment of 283 Clerks in Legal department in February 2022.
