Punjab: PPSC announces exam dates for recruitment to vacant posts

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has issued tentative schedule of exams for recruitment to posts in government departments.

A PPSC official said the Assistant Architect Joint Competitive Exam will held to vacancies in MCs and PWD department on 9 July from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

The District Defence Services Welfare Officer Competitive Exam to fill vacant posts in Defence Services Welfare department will be held on 30 July from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

The Common Entrance test to fill PCS (Executive Branch) Register A-II & Register-C in Personnel department will held on 27 August from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

And the Joint Competitive Exam for recruitment of Assistant Town Planner in Municipal Corporations will be held on 24 September from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

The official said the Commission always tries to issue advance schedules so that prospective candidates can prepare themselves better for such competitive exams.

However, these scheduled exam dates are tentative and can be changed by PPSC at short notice.

The Commission will upload admit cards for these recruitment exams 5 days before the scheduled, hence the candidates are advised to check the website https://ppsc.gov.in as per schedule.

The candidates will get info on exam centres on their admit cards and the PPSC officials advised them to keep visiting the Commission’s website for latest updates.
