MP: 3 Indore youths drown in Bhairav Kund as onlookers cry for help fell on deaf ears

Three youths who were out on a picnic on Independence Day drowned in Bhairav Kund in Devas in Madhya Pradesh as onlookers’ call to help fell on deaf ears.

As per reports, a group of 14 youths had gone to picnic in Bhairav Kund which falls in a deep forest between Devas and Indore.

As the group ventured in Bhairav Kund to take a dip, three of them reportedly swam to the deepest end.

The youths started drowning in the Kund and some members tried to save them but they returned to the shore as they couldn’t help them.

The incident which was caught on camera shows some onlookers asking others who know swimming to help them.

But none of them came forward to save them and the trio drowned in it in front of dozens of tourists.

The trio has been identified as Yasin Ali, Sufiyan and Jafar and they were residents of Green Park in Indore.

A team of divers was rushed to the spot but they couldn’t the youths’ bodies and the search operation has resumed on Wednesday.
