King Charles III Coronation: UK to host 50,000 Big Lunches across globe

The British government will host 50,000 Big Lunches across the globe including in London for Community Heroes of Ukraine to mark King Charles III coronation.
The lunch for Community Heroes of Ukraine who escaped war horrors, will be hosted by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his wife at Downing Street.
The Big Lunches are being organised to bring communities together to Celebrate King Charles III coronation in Britain as well as in other countries.
The invitees at Downing Street include the Point of Light Award recipients, Zoe and Andy Clark-Coates, Navjot Sawhney, Laura Ashurst and Ukrainian who escaped war horror.
Commenting on the Big Lunch event, PM Rishi Sunak said, “I am proud to welcome Ukrainians forced to flee their homes and some incredible community heroes to Downing Street for our very own Coronation lunch to celebrate this historic moment.
In England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland – and across our Overseas Territories and the wider Commonwealth – people are marking this momentous occasion in the spirit of unity and hope for the future.”
