Kidnapped Bihar RJD leader rescued, two arrested

Sunil Rai, the kidnapped Bihar RJD leader has been rescued by cops and two accused have been arrested for the crime.

As per reports, Rai was kidnapped on Tuesday (14 March) by unidentified assailants in a Scorpio car when he was returning from a party.

Police said two accused identified as Mohammad Alamtab and Mohammad Irfan had kidnapped the RJD leader who used to work as a property leader.

Prima facie evidence suggests that the kidnapping could be the result of money dispute between Rai and Alamtab. Further investigations in the matter are on.
