Himachal: Four killed in road accident in Shillai, CM Sukhu extends condolences

Four persons were on Tuesday killed in a car accident in Jarwa Juneli area under Shillai block of Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said in a statement while extending condolences to bereaved families.
As per reports, the accident took place when five members of a family from Kupvi area of Shimla district were on their way to Panog near Jarwa.
The victims were reportedly going to extend their condolences on the death of one of their relative. But the Alto car met with an accident 2-3 km before their destination.
The driver of the Alto car reportedly lost control over the vehicle after which it rolled down the hill, killing three of them on the spot.
One of the injured succumbed to the injuries in the hospital while another is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Further investigations to find out exact cause behind the accident are on.
Meanwhile, CM Sukhu expressed grief over the car accident at Jarwa Juneli on Haripurdhar-Ronhat road in Shillai.
Sukhu directed the authorities to provide all possible assistance to the kin of the deceased and the best possible treatment to the injured.
