After third blast at Golden Temple in Amritsar, Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) chief Harjinder Singh Dhami on Thursday accused the government of taking these incidents lightly.

Talking to mediapersons, Dhami condemned blasts in the vicinity of Golden Temple and lauded the efforts of SGPC employees in tracing the accused with few hours of crime.

“The third incident of explosion in proximity to Sri Darbar Sahib within the span of a week shows that the government took these incidents lightly and failed to trace accused persons,” SGPC said in a tweet.

Dhami appealed to the pilgrims to visit to pay obeisance at Sri Darbar Sahib without feeling any panic as the situation is entirely peaceful.

It is worth mentioning here that third blast took place in the vicinity of Golden Temple in the wee hours of Thursday but no one was injured in the incident.

Earlier, such blasts were reported on 6 May and 8 May. However, the police is still to arrest the accused or find out behind these blasts.
