From Lord Rama’s age to Surgical Strike, UP Univ students have new syllabus at hand

Lord Rama’s Treta age to Pulwama attack and Surgical Strike, the UP government has decided to include major battles that India has faced over the centuries in its curriculum for University students.

As per reports, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath government has decided to include Lord Rama’s age, Pulwama attack and surgical strike among other battles in its Defense Studies course.

The changes in the Defense Studies curriculum are being made under the New Education Policy 2020 to teach students about major battles the country has faced over the course of time.

The northern state of India aims to teach students about the valour of our brave warriors with the aim of educating them on country’s glorious past.
