Four members of Lawrence Bishnoi gang arrested in Haryana

Continuing crackdown against gangsters, Haryana cops on Thursday nabbed four alleged members of Lawrence Bishnoi gang with bulletproof vests and arms and ammunition.
Informing about this, a Haryana Police official said the accused were allegedly the members of Lawrence Bishnoi gang with criminal record.
“A police team situated at Badhra bus stand to prevent crimes received input that four youths with illegal weapons and bulletproof jackets were roaming in a car in Chandwas village.
They were reportedly out to carry out a major crime.
Based on the info, a raid was conducted and
Ankit alias Dhaulia, Ajay alias Bhola, Ashuraj alias Lucky and Ravindra alias Mintu were arrested,” he added.
The official said 1 country-made pistol, live cartridges, 4 bulletproof jackets and 4 bulletproof helmets were also recovered from their possession.
During interrogation, Ankit told that he had met Akshay Gang (Jhajjar) in jail in 2020 who befriended him. Akshay is the nephew of Naresh Sethi gangster and are associated with Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Ankit and Akshay, who had fled to foreign country, used to maintain connect with online app.
A few days ago, Akshay had provided 2 country-made pistols, 30 cartridges in Delhi to loot hawala money which was not successful.
Akshay wanted him to carry out a major crime for which bulletproof jackets and helmets were arranged but they were nabbed before they could commit the crime.
