England Grade A, AS level, T Level, Level 3 results were declared on Thursday by Education Secretary Gillian Keegan.

The grades in this year’s examination results are relatively lower as grading system marks the return to pre-pandemic levels.

The A Level results have fallen by 2.6 percent this year as compared to 2022. This year only 414,940 students have secured places in UK degree courses.

UK Education Secretary, Gillian Keegan said universities have made sure entry requirements and offers are as per students’ grades.

The universities do this every year and the number of places at top universities is not affected by the grades.

“I’m incredibly proud of all students receiving their results today.

For many, this will have been the first set of formal exams they have ever taken. They have faced unprecedented circumstances in the years building up to this summer,” Keegan added.

The National Careers Service experts are extending support to students in the results period.

Besides, UCAS’s Clearing hotline is open to help students understand their options.

“The online ‘Clearing Plus’ service will help match students to courses with entry requirements that align with the grades they achieved.

There is also a variety of high-quality technical options open to students, including degrees or other qualifications. Students can explore their options through the Get The Jump website,” a UK government official said.
