Bhagwant Mann announces regular service to employees hired during Covid pandemic

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Tuesday announced to give regular service to employees who were recruited during the Covid pandemic. However, the employees were ousted later on.
Mann said these employees will be duly recruited in the Health department where manpower is required.
Mann said the government has also enhanced the ex-gratia given to Armed forces personnel in case of death during duty.
Likewise, the kin of Corona warriors who had died on duty, have been given ex-gratia grants, which was ignored earlier.
He attacked former CM Captain Amarinder Singh and said such opportunist leaders had never sided with people.
But they had always sided with interests whether it was Mughals or Britishers or Congress or BJP.
