Agniveers recruitment 2023: Indian Army starts online common entrance exam

For Agniveers recruitment 2023 and onwards, Indian Army will now conduct an online common entrance exam (CEE) as a first step.

Indian government spokesperson said as per new rule for Agniveers recruitment 2023, online common entrance exam has been started at 375 exam centres across the country from Monday, 17 April.

Online common entrance exam (CEE) for Agniveers recruitment 2023 will continue till 26 April.

“The CEE is being conducted in collaboration with Education Consultancy Services at 176 pan India locations.

The step has been taken to save youth from long queues and long distance travel for physical test, besides eliminating any chances of malpractice in further exams.

From now onwards, Agniveers recruitment will be carried out in three stages and one has to pass register online and then appear in an online common entrance exam on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in .

The shortlisted candidates will then appear in physical tests in second stage and the third stage of the exam will consist of a medical test.

A merit list will be prepared and declared in respect of all successful candidates, the spokesperson said, adding this is being done to ensure the recruitment process is more streamlined, transparent.
